Sukar Menahan Nafsu Makan

HU........HU SEDAPNYE....

Pagi2 tengok gambar ini memang terliur huh...kalau yang jenis suka makan ini memang sedap. Hari ini saya nak kongsi sikit bagaimana  cara mudah untuk maintain berat badan seperti yang kawan saya amalkan.

  1. Sentiasa gunakan yogurt, susu dan salad dressing yang rendah lemak. Usually bebenda yang ada tajuk rendah lemak ni mengandungi 10 gram lemak kurang daripada produk yang tak cakap dia adalah rendah lemak. Tapi, ada satu artikel lain, saya tak ingat di mana saya baca, dia cakap kalau selalu sangat asik rendah lemak pon tak bagus juga. Makanya kena pandai lah adjust.
  2. Makan makanan seimbang.. ala.. ikut pyramid makanan tu lah..Tubuh memerlukan hamper 40 jenis khasiat untuk memastikan ianya kekal hebat.. banyak tuh.. makan pon kena banyak.. jenis lah hehe..
  3. Dah makan banyak, kena lah seimbangkan balik dengan senaman.. Kalau tinggal yang tu, menggelembung naik lah lama2 nanti. Paling mudah adalah berjalan kaki dengan high speed.. Boleh?
  4. Dan yang terakhir.. makan sayur yang dikukus atau yang digoreng tanpa minyak. Untuk rasa yang lebih sedap dengan kalori yang terhad, tambahkan sedikit rempah, herba, jus lemon atau cuka. Untuk lebih sedap lagi gunakan minyak zaitun..


Selalunya saya akan paling bagus beramal sebaik membaca sesuatu macam ni, dan bersemangat gila nak turunkan berat badan. Tapi, selalunya tak lama.. seminggu je paling kuat..Lepas tu lupa diri.. Ni saya lah.. Jadi untuk pembaca lain, jangan jadi macam saya.
